FLEXsuite™

Thank you for your interest in obtaining a license for the use of FLEXsuite,
developed by Motorola, Inc. and supported by the Paging Technical Committee of the AAPC. In order to receive your license and a copy of the related protocols, it is necessary for you to complete an application form. Please click here to link to the license form. When you have completed the application you may send it to AAPC, 441 N. Crestwood Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405. If you would prefer to fax your application, please fax it to (910) 792.9733. Your signature and a valid credit card number for processing charges are required. We must receive your application by either fax or postal mail in order to begin processing your request.

When your application is received AAPC will e-mail the license for your signature. Please print TWO COPIES of this license, SIGN where shown and return them by postal mail or FAX to the address shown on the license document for countersignature and processing.

Once we have received your SIGNED license, we will send you a login and password to allow you to access the latest version of the FLEXsuite information from the password controlled site where it is maintained. You may continue to download information from this site as long as your license is maintained in good standing. This site will also provide access to chat groups with discussion threads related to FLEXsuite and various applications.

There is no charge for the protocol, but there is a processing fee to recover the cost of administration of this program. For AAPC Members, the fee is $25.00. For NON-Members, the fee is $125.00.
